Our company is a registered member of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the Cyprus Land and Property Owners Association specializing in Communal Property Management and Maintenance for large and middle-sized complexes in Cyprus.

We offer a comprehensive range of Property Management and Maintenance Services for your building or complex, based on the Cyprus Immovable Property Law and Regulations [CY 6(1)/1993] and approved by the owners’ Management Committee and Annual General Meetings.

Our Communal Management Services include expert consultancy for owners and management committees, organizing and running annual general meetings, fully transparent financial administration and reporting, payment of utility bills, credit control, debt collection and expert legal support in dealing with non-payers.

Our Communal Maintenance Services include everything from general cleaning of communal areas, swimming pool cleaning and maintenance, gardening and landscaping, elevator maintenance, regular inspections and reporting, general repairs and maintenance by fully qualified contractors.

MyProperty Consultants, is a registered member of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Cyprus Land and Property Owners Association.The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry was founded in 1927. The basic objective of the CCCI is to safeguard and steadily develop the Cyprus Economy in order to continuously improve the standard of living and prosperity of all the people of Cyprus. This objective outlines and determines the policy of the CCCI and its activities which aim at offering high quality services to members.

The Cyprus Land and Property Owners Association has been established since 1964. In its long-term course, the organization has succeeded throughout its many struggles on property matters and has attained the required prestige and full recognition from the Government, the House of Representatives and in general all entities that deal with property matters. The long-term experience along with the solid knowledge of all matters relating to property ownership prevails predominantly as an advisor and as a guide towards every step to the member’s benefit.
